Description
The Louis Vuitton LV Trainer is one of the defining luxury sneakers of the Virgil Abloh era. Introduced by Abloh during his tenure as Men's Artistic Director at Louis Vuitton, the silhouette translates the visual codes of 1980s court basketball into the materials and finish of a Parisian luxury house. This pair presents the LV Trainer in white calf leather with silver-grey laces and signature orange accenting along the heel pull and sole edge. The padded high-top tongue carries the maison's embossed LV initials, mirrored on the heel-collar monogram panels, with the LOUIS VUITTON PARIS wordmark debossed across the rear quarter. Perforated toe-box panels, layered quarters, and a broad rubber midsole reference the period silhouettes that shaped streetwear's relationship with sport — reimagined in atelier leather work and proportions characteristic of Louis Vuitton.
Captured as the reference lot for the Optropic verification workflow. Photographed across 24 rotational angles under controlled LED illumination in a Foldio dome on 2026-05-17.
Condition report
Pair in excellent condition. Light handling marks consistent with retail-floor display. Original lace structure intact; LV-shaped aglets and orange heel-pull tape unmarked.

High-value collectors require privacy. Public provenance requires transparency. Optropic's identity layer holds both — the personal data lives in an encrypted vault accessible only to authorized Joopiter operators; the public chain shows a verifiable pseudonymous ownership history.
Collectors who choose to be publicly attributed appear by name on the chain. Those who choose privacy appear as COLL-XXXX-XXXX. Both modes carry the same cryptographic provenance guarantees.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Provenance issued by Joopiter's marketplace team. The certificate documents the item's authentication and ownership history. The Optropic verification layer binds the certificate's signature to the lot's physical anchor points — neither can move without the other.
Download Certificate · PDFWhat anchor-binding means
If this certificate is detached from its lot — sold separately, attached to a different item, or copied — verification fails. The bind is cryptographic; re-printing a certificate cannot reproduce the anchor signature.
